Returns and Refund Policy

At Sammitop, we want you to love your high heels. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, including all packaging, dust bags, and tags.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

Custom or personalized products.

Items marked as Final Sale on the product page.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@sammitop.com with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  • Return Authorization: We will review your request.
  • Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. 
  • Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the items arrive safely.
  • Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your request within 7 business days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Once the return is processed, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we will arrange the exchange as follows:

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or refund.

Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sammitop will cover the cost of sending out the exchanged item.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return and offer either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees. The return process is the same, but please ensure your return is properly documented for customs purposes.

8. Important Notes

All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Returned items must be in resellable condition. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.
